Farm Unfixed Teen Science and Art Internship

Farm Unfixed is a 3-week internship connecting students to land and promoting biodiversity. Interns learn team science, land management, and expressing knowledge through artmaking.
Our ImpactEmpowerment, Education and Community Building
Teen education and empowerment: In three intense weeks, teens learn their roles as restoration ecologists, educators, and researchers.
Team science and ecological research: Together, we support the restoration of sensitive pond, riparian, and grassland habitats. We see ecosystem engineers like beavers returning and observe species of concern like the Eastern Meadowlark.
Friendship and Community building: And we build bridges between high school science programs, the environmental activist community, and local families and land managers.
